联合国青年专业人员（YPP）考试是2012年联合国对原国家竞争考试（NCRE)改革后的考试项目，是联合国招聘工作人员的主要方式之一。青年专业人员考试的对象为初级业务官员（P1/P2级），由联合国秘书处每年根据各会员国占地域分配的理想员额幅度情况，邀请无代表性、代表性不足或即将变为代表性不足的会员国参加考试。会员国同意参加后，其国民可通过联合国网站报名参加本年考试。
2016年12月14日，联合国将举办青年专业人员(YPP)竞争考试。人力资源社会保障部将协助联合国在北京举办考试。美国东部时间7月19日23:59，即北京时间7月19日11:59截止报名。愿怀有联合国梦想的小伙伴们，勇于尝试、执着前进，万一梦想实现了呢！

经济事务岗位解读
经济事务考试命题会涵盖微观经济学、宏观经济学、增长和可持续发展经济学、国际贸易和金融经济学、定量经济分析和计量经济学、资源和环节经济学以及其他与联合国经济事务相关的经济学学科的基本概念。如果你成功通过考试（任职经济事务助理），你的工作可能与以上所有领域或其中一系列领域有关。
经济事务助理的主要职责如下：
（一）经济和/或领域分析
1、收集、评估、解释、分析从各种来源获得的、与特定行业、国家、地区或可持续发展的主题有关的社会经济信息。
2、起草或协助起草有关部门、国家、地区和世界的经济和可持续发展问题的分析研究报告，以及应对这些问题的政策。
3、准备简报、录入演讲内容以及其他相关经济和可持续发展问题的材料，材料内容须便于非专业人士理解。
4、维护数据库，包括定量和定性的信息，以及管理和组织这些数据库的必要程序。
5、协助设计、测试、使用计量模型和其他可持续发展政策支持工具，并进行必要修改。
6、协助组织就经济和可持续发展的问题召开的专家组会议、研讨会，并提供会议服务。
（二）政府间支持：
1、 准备录入政府间机构报告。
2、 跟踪政府间会议，准备会议总结报告和其他相关成果文件。
3、 准备有关部门成员和秘书处工作人员对各种经济和可持续发展问题相关会议的陈述。
4、 协助组织政府间有关经济和可持续发展问题进程的专家小组会议、圆桌会议等。
（三）技术合作：
1、 编制和分析数据和其他对准备经济和可持续发展领域相关技术合作项目提议所必需的信息。
2、 参与起草技术合作方案和相关项目。
3、 准备区域性、国家或部门特定的技术合作项目审批所必要的资料。
4、 监督、支撑、支持实施和评估已批准的技术合作项目。
（四）一般性事务：
1、 根据需要执行其他相关职责，包括一系列的行政工作。
2、 参与在职培训和其他培训活动。
